While the resort recently had its grand opening with Rock Star Royalty acts such as Marc Anthony and Lil Jon, I got the chance to spend a few days frolicking in the beauty that is the Hard Rock Los Cabos. Get into why you need to add this resort to your must visit list when you head to Los Cabos.
The resort is gorgeous, and they literally thought of everything when they designed it. It sits in a gated community, and you pass two security check points before reaching the main lobby, so safety is well taken care of here. Besides keeping you safe and secure, all of your vacation needs are met: 8 restaurants, 2 pool bars & grills, 4 swim up bars, an amazing spa, jacuzzi tubs on each balcony, a bowling alley and nightclub. You literally don't have to go anywhere. Let us not forget 24 hour room service, limitless resort credits that can be used for spa and local activities, and while the beach isn't swimmable it provides the perfect backdrop to remind you that you are in paradise.
I loved the lobby bar, the mixologists knew how to keep the party going and to customize cocktails to my palate. It also served as the social hub for the resort, we met up here before hitting the foam party, heading to dinner or just because. I ate a lot of room service when I was here, as I was coordinating events, but I did get to sit down in the Steak House for a meal, the cuts, preparation, and sides were simply excellent.
While this trip wasn't about me, I opted to stay in the basic room category and I was super comfy. King sized bed, pull out sofa, mini bar, work area, and a balcony suited for lounging or soaking in a tub. I throughly enjoyed my stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos. I think this experience is well suited for groups that want to get away and do their own thing yet also also remain together.
